sourdough

Well, it only took me a few weeks of trial and error. Building up the starter from a mail-order packet of authentic San Francisco sourdough, trying and failing multiple times. Chucking hours of work into the trash can. Muttering under my breath. And finally: success!


Speaking of which, I need to go feed the starters which are now moldering in the fridge, sadly neglected.
