On Saturday morning we headed to HMart, our local Asian supermarket. Sipping on watermelon and taro boba, we wandered around staring at the exotic fruits and veggies and the aisles and aisles of rice flours, noodles, and bizarre spices. So fun! We came home with crazy ingredients such as green papaya, dried shrimp, and long beans (they're over a foot long!).
All dressed up and ready to walk over to the Kirschners' house.
Sadly, both the Kirschners and the Bergs lost their beloved family dogs within a few days of supper club. It wasn't planned, but seems like the wine was meant to honor sweet Colby and Cooper.
