Jack's Birthday

Jack had a special day, filled with lots of little celebrations. 

Yummy birthday breakfast of overnight blueberry pecan challah french toast (mmm!) and sausages.

I brought in some pumpkin muffins for his school party

I am so impressed with his teachers this year, and he's made some really sweet friends.

Jack's teacher presented him with a special gift and card from the whole class, and they all sang to him in Spanish. He was grinning from ear to ear. 

At night, he chose tacos for dinner, so that's what we had. And then he got to open his special cards and presents from both sets of grandparents. And from us: an Erector set. I don't know. Do you think he likes it?
