This past weekend I escaped to Shoshoni with a friend. It's a yoga retreat center high in the mountains. It was a very grounding and timely weekend, just what my body and soul needed.

Meanwhile, Daniel took the boys & Brontë camping on Guanella Pass.
Apparently, they had a run-in with a creek.
